Pink Panther & Sons Animated Series

When MGM Studios was looking to take the beloved Pink Panther character into the world of 3D for a new prime time television show, they commissioned the help of Balance Studios' animators to bring a new, evolved Pink Panther to the small screen. Working off of a script provided by a writer/producer from King of the Hill, the team created a pilot that the studio could use as they pitched their new concept.

The Balance team crafted a re-imagined version of what everyone's favorite panther, now as a father, complete with a slight dad bod—and those funny things that tired fathers sometimes do – like lose their car keys and misplace their sunglasses in this charming, new, yet nostalgic, animated short. The Balance team was also involved in the conception, designing and development of the Pink Panther's two sons, who were based off of and inspired by actors Zac Effron and Corbin Bleu.

As the shows name implies Pink Panther & Sons - our favorite Pink Panther is now a middle aged father - so he needed his sons! The Balance team had a blast imagining, designing and creating Pink Panther's two sons, who were based off of and inspired by actors Zac Efron and Corbin Bleu.
