Balance Studios and the international celtic, Christian, rock band – Ceili Rain, have been together since 2003. You may not have heard of them, but we’re sure you have heard some of the songs written by the band’s founder, Bob Halligan Jr. He has written music and lyrics for the likes of Kiss, Judas Priest, Joan Jett, Cher, Blue Oyster Cult, Kathy Mattea and even Rebecca St. James!

The relationship began by completely rebranding the band, creating websites, DVDs, and merch. After seeing the grand success of the new multi-media, the band engaged Balance to concept and produce music video to help launch new albums.

This turned into an unforgettable like changing journey to the green isles of Ireland. The results were astounding! It was like rebirth, a rejuvenation of the band and their music.

Like A Train

Like A Train

Ceili Rain, an international Celtic Rock band, had worked with Balance on their visual re-brand, merchandise design and their new website, so when the time came to create their new music video to launch their 6th album, Ceili approached Balance Motion Media. Although the song's title, Like A Train, is a metaphor, Balance and the Ceili Rain band shot on location at the National Railroad Museum directly on top of an America railroad classic, 'The Big Boy'. Combining the musical talents, classic train, some visual fx, and the unique directorial style, this video aired on numerous television stations and helped to sell a record number of albums.

STOMP

STOMP

Ceili Rain, an international Celtic Rock band needed a series of music video to help the upcoming re-release of their 6th album. Having worked with Balance on their visual brand, merchandise, websites and the previous Like A Train music video, Ceili approached Balance once again to help concept and produce the video.

The exciting challenge this time around....coordinating and producing the international production to be captured on location in the picturesque Ireland.

Stomp is a fast-paced Celtic orchestration that needed a representative video concept. On location in a traditional Irish pub found in Killareny, Ireland, Balance filmed the band in front of a live audience. Then, to capture the song's excitement, two Irish step-dancers performed a choreographed Irish jig in a Killarney alley .

The video aided in the successful album re-launch and aired on multiple television and internet networks.
