Train Safety 4 Part Series

Education | Entertainment | Museum

As the cornerstone of the new Children's Depot, Balance received the challenge of demonstrating the importance of train safety to children and the potential disastrous repercussion of not following the rules.

In this four part series, to ensure the safety rules were clear and to "soften" the potential graphic nature of the repercussion, the main characters, environments, and props were designed in both 3D and 2D. The 3D animation showed the potential train safety problem with the 2D incorporated to "suspend reality" in demonstrating the results of not following the rules.
