Tina Jo Lutz

Vice President / Producer
New Business Development

Completely engaged in the defined objectives of her clients, Tina is the anchor who defines the parameters of time and budget by which the creative and business functions of Balance are held. Tina is responsible for new client relationships, coordination, communications, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, partnerships and schedules for Balance and its clients. She is an accommodating and engaging client relation’s executive with listening as one of her master skills.

Heidi Katchkey

Interactive Project Coordinator / Production Assistant

With Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Heidi spent two years coordinating eMarketing projects for one of the worlds largest furniture companies before joining Balance Studios. Working with the interactive team to accomplish projects, Heidi loves the ever changing world of information technology and online social networking as well as Film, Animation and Stitch from Lilo & Stitch. Oh ya… and lobsters too!

Brett Nooyen

Interactive Division Manager

A self-proclaimed "CSS guru" (with the goods to back it up) Brett graduated from ITT-Tech with an Associates Degree in Web Development. After two years of working for a local Web design firm, Brett joined Balance Studios. Brett's a tremendous asset to Balance and he floats comfortably in the wide realm of design and code, Flash design, programming and ASP.NET... and of course CSS. As our resident foosball expert, Brett offers foosball lessons to the Balance Crew and clients, at a special cost. A Hug!
